Chocolate chip cookies

Hello and welcome back to another blog yesterday in food class we made chocolate chip cookies I recomend  trying this recipe at home.

Recipe:

100g Butter 

1/2 cups Chelsea white sugar 

1/2 cups Chelsea soft brown sugar 

1 egg

1tsp vanilla essence 

1 1/2 cups flour 

pinch of salt 

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cups chocolate chips 

Method: Melt Butter, And Add Both Sugars And Cream Them Together. Beat In The Eggs And Vanilla Then In The Dry Ingredients. Roll Into Medium-Sized Balls, Making Sure The Mature Is Not Too Wet! Put On A Well Greased  Baking Tray. They Shouldn't Spread Too Much So Flatten Slightly. Bake At 180 Degrees For 8-10 Minutes.

Cheese puffs

Hello, and welcome back to another blog yesterday in food me and my group made cheese puffs. Our group added the wrong amount of an ingredient and they didn't puff up but that still tasted alright.and were a nice golden brown colour.

Recipe 

2 C flour 

6 t baking powder

4 C cheese-grated

2 eggs 

1 C milk

Cayenne pepper- pinch 

Method

1.Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl 

2. Add greater cheese and mix lightly with a fork 

3. Put eggs into a small bowl and whisk 

4. Add milk then whisk again 

5.Combine wet and dry ingredients do NOT over mix 

6. Put even-sized spoonfuls of mixture on baking paper  on 2 oven trays

7. Fan bake on 200°c for 10-12 mins 

8. Check puffs are lightly golden one well risen.

Welcome back to another blog post for the last few days we have been watching a movie called the impossible which is about a tsunami. Today me and sonny from my class made a picture graph about the words largest tsunami that has ever happened.

The design process

Welcome back to another blog post today in am going to be explaining to you guys the order of the design process                     First what you wanna do is define the problem. You can't find a solution until you have a clear idea of what the problem is. Next Collect Information make sketches, take photographs and gather data to start giving you inspiration. Any ideas you have Brainstorm them and Analyze Ideas. Next what you wanna do is make your design,  Develop solutions You want to have more than just one idea and decide which one you think will work best for the job. After you have decided. You want to make a prototype and test it gather feedback from more than 2 people. After that, you want to improve and complete your masterpiece.
